My name is Taylor Eldred, and my philosophy on fitness in general is that you don’t have to start out being the greatest to perform greatly. What I like to do with everyone is to find out their respective weaknesses and try to make them more of a strength so that nothing is lacking. If you take the time and effort to better yourself you will see the benefits in one way or another.

What my expertise in fitness is a combination of Olympic Weightlifting, Powerlifting, Weight Loss, and Track & Field with extensive knowledge on how to get individuals to perform to their utmost potential in their sport of choice.
